It is strongly recommended to mount this board into a solid metal case. Otherwise, mechanical stress while plugging/unplugging XLR connectors might damage the XLR connectors. Note that there is no phantom power available on the inputs. HiFiBerry Studio ADC is an dual-channel ADC with balanced XLR/6.5mm phone jack combo input.
